What fees apply for returns?

For returns from Germany, you can create a free return label through our returns portal. A fee of €3.90 will be charged for processing and the return transport, which will be deducted directly from the refund amount. This fee helps us cover part of the costs for logistics and processing.

For returns from other countries, customers must bear the shipping costs themselves. No additional return fee applies.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which you must bear. This includes, for example, costs for money transfers by financial institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties).
